In an effort to encourage its employees to make their health a priority and improve their overall wellness, district m recently retained the services of Dialogue.

Districter Wellness Month

district m announced this new service to its employees during the 2020 edition of Districter Wellness Month, a new initiative dedicated to employee health. Every year in November, the company offers its employees conferences, fireside chats, webinars, training, challenges and sports classes related to healthy eating habits, physical health, mental health and other wellness topics. The company was already offering group health insurance to its employees, virtual sports classes and training for managers on employee health.
